Danielle Willis started working in early childhood as soon as she could at the age of 16 and never looked back. 

She has been a part of our team since 2015. As Director of Early Childhood, she carries on her lifelong love of children as she works to develop the foundations for St. Mark Early Childhood. For her, helping kids and their families understand the importance of social and emotional well-being and the many ways nature can help instill the basic skills all humans need to be resilient, compassionate, and empathetic is what she wakes up for every day. 

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with her four kiddos outside on the river, camping, or exploring hiking trails. She and her family are also avid Harry Potter fans and love to read and listen to the books together.
