LEARN WORKING GENIUS WITH ST. MARK
More than a personality assessment.
"I've come to understand so much about myself that has alleviated a lot of guilt and shame." - TEAM MEMBER
Many things changed in the world of work after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Things like burnout or finding joy in work have and continue to have a crippling effect on teams, organizations, and communities.
Working Genius has offered a solution for our team at St. Mark, and our team has benefited from it so much.
We've found this model to give our team a greater sense of joy in their work, reduce frustration and burnout, and overall better understand ourselves and one another, which has promoted a healthier organizational culture.

"If you want to be successful and fulfilled in your work, you must tap into your gifts. That can't happen if you don't know what those gifts are."
But what is Working Genius?
The 6 types of working genius is an assessment tool and model that transforms how individuals and teams approach work.
Patrick Lencioni’s firm, The Table Group, personally trained and certified members of our team to deliver workshops on this same model that has boosted our team's productivity and overall well-being. It's simple, easy to remember, and easy to put to work immediately following one of our workshops.
The assessment identifies each person’s areas where they are naturally gifted and find joy related to work and getting things done. The model can be transformative for individuals and teams to find greater understanding with one another, increase empathy, and provide a foundation of language to work more effectively.
The 6 Working Geniuses are Wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, and Tenacity. The Table Group’s research reveals that we each have two Geniuses as our natural talents and two Frustrations: the kind of work that burns us out if we do it too much.
It differs from other personality and leadership models because it is straightforward and can be implemented immediately. The benefits of the model are directly connected to developing self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and team-building skills. It gives you an instant understanding of yourself, insight into how you work, and a model of how to work collaboratively in a team.

"It's hard to choose just one reason to love Working Genius. But the thing that was the most immediate and the most profound for me was letting go of my own self guilt and judgement.
