Office Coordinator
Joined St. Mark Youth Enrichment in Spring 2025

Abby Lawrence brings a dynamic blend of operational expertise and administrative precision to St. Mark’s administrative team. As Office Coordinator, she plays a key role in streamlining systems, managing logistics, and supporting overall team success. With a strong background in logistics, financial coordination, and systems implementation, Abby thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about optimizing workflows to create more efficient, effective operations.

She joins St. Mark with over a decade of experience in both corporate and nonprofit settings, where she has earned a reputation for her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and collaborative spirit.

Outside the office, Abby is a creative at heart. She enjoys quilting, crafting, and baking—especially her signature cookie recipe. She, her husband Michael, and their daughter Lucy love exploring Dubuque’s parks, attending local events, and trying new restaurants. On weekends, you’ll often find them browsing the Dubuque Farmers’ Market or scootering through their neighborhood. The family loves entertaining, and Michael—an enthusiastic pit master—takes pride in cooking for family and friends.
