Lillian Connolly has had a love for children since she was 11. For the past four years, she has brought that passion into a professional daycare setting. She shares, “I have always known that I wanted to be in childcare.” For her, the greatest joy is making a difference in the “little lives of the future.” Her favorite part of the work is walking in to “see all those smiling faces.” It means everything to leave at the end of the day knowing she made a difference.
In her free time, Lillian enjoys curling up in bed with her cat, Luna, and a good book or spending time outdoors with her family.
